Payroll Officer - £26,000 - £28,000 + Benefits - Chelmsford Essex

Frazer Jones are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading insurance firm located in Chelmsford on the recruitment of a payroll officer on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting a Head of Payroll and large team in monthly payroll processing for the firm.

Our client is offering hybrid working.

The role:

• Processing monthly payroll in a timely and accurate basis.
• Administer salaries control ledger on an accurate and timely basis.
• Assist with monthly payroll reconciling.
• Administer monthly benefits through the payroll.
• Producing P11Ds on an annual basis.
• Deal with telephone enquiries promptly.
• Keep up to date with Payroll legislation changes.

Skills required:

• Strong end to end Payroll exposure
• Excel skills
• Be local to Chelmsford
• Based in the UK
