I'm working exclusively with a Financial Services Organisation in central Bristol to recruit an experienced Group Head of HR.
SME - Financial Services Organisation
As the Group Head of HR you will be responsible for all HR management and development including recruitment and selection, talent management and succession planning, employee well-being, discipline, grievance and any other HR related issues.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships across the Company to ensure that all aspects of HR and employee well-being are delivered to a high standard.
Working closely with the CEO you will lead, develop and implement the Company's people strategy and deliver key projects.
As the Group Head of HR you will:
Ideally be CIPD qualified to level 7 or equivalent.
Excellent Employment law and HR practice knowledge
Previous experience of working for an SME company
Candidates must have experience of working within a financial services organisation
£60k - £70k Dependant on experience
Hybrid working, with a mixture of office and home working available.
