Job Details

Oakleaf are partnered with an established Trading firm in their search for an HR Administrator to join their HR Team covering EMEA and the UK across the employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven HR administrator to grow with an established organisation. A generalist HR role with a particular focus on HR reports and people information. This is an exciting opportunity as there is plenty of scope in this role to learn and develop with a growing organisation and HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee onboarding process including liaising with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely set up of new starters
  • Support the HRBP's in the delivery of a newly designed effective induction programme
  • Coordinate the probation process and prepare probation documentation
  • Assist with maintaining immigration documentation and processes
  • Manage the Human Resources inbox, triaging large volumes of employee requests; handling these autonomously when possible or escalating as required
  • Accurately maintain and update HRIS and employee data files
  • Support on ad hoc HR projects
  • Assist with the review, design, and continuous improvement of HR administration processes
  • Produce MI and HR Data reports

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Strong Excel skills (including V-look ups and pivot tables)
  • Confident and collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail and process driven nature
