Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a construction consultancy firm as they look to recruit for a full - time, permanent People & Development Executive, based in London.
The salary for this role is up to £40k, with a hybrid working pattern.

About the role
·Undertake an annual review of the early experience recruitment strategy
·Produce reports at end of recruitment cycle, based on KPIs and analyse figures to make recommendations for changes to process where necessary.
·Work with the P&D Associate and the Marketing team on the early experience brand including updating and developing digital content, the website and key collateral
·Develop professional media presentations to attract candidates at career events.
·Arranging and attending events and building and maintaining relationships with key partners, including universities, schools, colleges and other partner organisations and charities.
·Manage the firm's "Change the Skyline" initiative through liaising with internal volunteers, providing the necessary information to volunteers attending events and keeping database up to date. Work collaboratively with the Marketing team on the firm's Social Value initiative.
·First point of contact for EER queries, up to individuals joining the firm.
·Responsible for "talent pipeline": work experience, summer placements and year out placement programmes, including gaining feedback from the team they work with and ensuring relevant level of safeguarding in place.
·Coordinating the EE resourcing process including, logging and screening CVs and application forms via email and the portal and responding to candidates, conducting telephone interviews, inviting to Assessment Days and the offer/regret process
·Responsible for organising Assessment Days, including the resources required on the day and training material for Assessors
·Ensure all offer documentation is in line with current legislation and master copies and that starter details are passed to the HR department to follow up references and pre-employment checks.
·Collating candidate experience feedback to review for future delivery
·Managing the early experience recruitment inbox and calendar by responding to queries in a timely manner.
·Ensure that the recruitment tracker pages and candidates information are up to date & kept in line with GDPR regulations
·Keep the offer tracker spreadsheet updated of acceptances to update Year Group spreadsheet.
·Responsible for preparing and providing inductions for all work experience students on their first day.
·Provide all apprentices and non-cognate graduates with information on university courses.
·Educated to degree level, or with equivalent experience, the candidate will have either attained or have an interest in working towards a CIPD qualification.
·Experience of the graduate/apprenticeship recruitment cycle is essential (including screening, interviewing & on boarding).
