Learning Services Manager

I am delighted to work with a market leading, professional services organisation to recruit a Learning Services Manager based in Birmingham.

The Learning Services Manager will sit within the Learning & Development Team - working with key stakeholders across early careers, training, learning & development and digital to ensure all needs are met and aligned to efficient and consistent processes. You will work with stakeholders to map workflow ensuring key functional processes are mapped. You will work to ensure content is up to date managed and maintained. You will support the implementation of new platforms and technology and use data insights to develop a regular learning narrative for the firm.

In order to be successful in your application, you have strong Learning & Development experience gained across a multi-site or international, matrix structured organisation. You strongly believe in the continuous improvements and development of process and champion best practice. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can demonstrate strong stakeholder management experience.
