I'm working exclusively with a leading Global Manufacturing Organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the team.

Client Details

Leading Manufacturing Organisation in Cornwall - Looking for a HR Business Partner.

Description

As the HR Business Partner you will provide a commercial, business focused HR service for your stakeholders over various sites locally.


You will work in closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR team to develop, shape and deliver HR plans and solutions. You will be on hand to advise, guide and support staff, providing high level people management and development support.

You will provide advice and support to line managers in all aspects of the employee life-cycle including; recruitment and selection, on boarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, talent management and succession planning and engagement and well-being.

Manage the OH provision & service for IML and other UK entities


This roles covers a number of sites within the St. Austell area, all within easy commute. There is also flexibility to work from home 1/2 days a week.

Profile

  • Experience of operating in a large Manufacturing Organisation
  • Autonomous, credible and trustworthy
  • Persuasive, strong influencing skills and possess the confidence to question and challenge managers
  • Team player and ability to quickly establish professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever changing organisation
  • Able to work at all level of the organisation from Senior Management to Operatives
  • Experience of working within a unionised environment would be beneficial

Job Offer

£35k - £40k
