Your new company
You will be working for a leading, global manufacturer at one of their U.K offices in Guildford, on a Hybrid basis. Due to increased workload from the growth of the business, this energetic, fast paced team are seeking additional support.
Your new role
You will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the HR team. You will be the first point of contact for all employee queries and managers through the query case management system. You will be responsible for maintaining the employee database and give support during the recruitment and onboarding process. You will work closely with the HR Assistants but be proactive in your approach to all duties which will also include ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly adept at using Microsoft Office package. Whilst an HR background is preferred, it is not mandatory, however previous administrative experience is required.
You will be an excellent communicator, used to multi-tasking with good attention for details and a people person. You will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. You will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload whilst working collaboratively within the team.
You will be offered up to £27,000 per year, depending on your experience. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based in the impressive Head Office. You will receive an excellent benefits package and ongoing training and development to further your HR career
