Exciting HR Advisor opportunity!

HR Advisor job in Basingstoke. Up to £35,000 pa

Your new company

You will be working for a globally recognised commercial organisation in their Basingstoke Head Office. Due to growth of the business, they are looking to expand their team of energetic and driven HR Advisors. This will be a 9-month fixed term contract on a hybrid basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Business Partners', you will provide support and advice to all stakeholders across all departments. You will manage Employee Relations and support line managers through investigations, hearings and disciplinaries ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to. You will contribute to the development of people managers with training workshops and learning tools such as processes and user manuals, and constantly review all HR policies. You will also manage the family friendly processes ensuring all paperwork is completed whilst giving support where needed to those employees. You will be required to undertake additional tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience as a HR Advisor in a Generalist capacity having knowledge that is not limited to but covers recruitment, ER issues, life events, sickness, and Employment Legislation. You will have completed additional learning and growth through a CIPD or equivalent qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Office package.
You will be sensitive to personal issues and demonstrate the confidentially required to handle these. Your ability to multi-task, prioritise under pressure whilst using your own initiative will be supported by a hard-working and dedicated team of professionals.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered between £32,000 - £35,000 pa with a flexible and hybrid offering for a 37.5-hour week. You will receive 25 days annual leave and an excellent benefits package.
