Associate Talent Community Advisor

Your new company
International consultancy firm, Big Four, looking for a Candidate-focused Talent Advisor to join their contingency recruitment team. Reporting into the Resourcing Manager, key responsibilities Include:

• Identifying, attracting and sourcing top contingent candidates for live roles and future talent pools using direct sourcing channels including social media, job boards and media channels.
• Manage the shadow bench of 'preferred' Associates including the comms strategy through a variety of communication channels
• Monitoring responses to adverts and process applications efficiently
• Develop and manage talent pools of top candidates

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience with direct sourcing strategies.
• Experience recruiting for contingent (contract) roles would be ideal.
• A high-volume recruitment experience with excellent communication skills.
