Associate Resourcing Advisor

Your new company
Working for one of the big four, sitting within the association resourcing team (contract roles), reporting into the Resourcing Manager. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver resourcing solutions and manage contingent talent as part of the Associate programme.
• Timely fulfilment of requisitions and requests from the business from briefing stage through to onboarding, working closely with our onshore/offshore/outsourced delivery teams.
• Effectively triage requisitions to Talent Community Advisors or Supplier Engagement Advisors where it is felt 3rd party suppliers are required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience within contingent recruitment role, working in a complex, matrix environment with cross functional teams.
• Experience recruiting for technology skill sets.
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
