Your new company
My client is a high profile, specialist manufacturer. With an exciting growth agenda this is a great time to join them! This is a newly created HR Officer role for their North Norwich site with a growing headcount of around 160 employees. You will be the HR lead for the site and enjoy a broad generalist HR role.

This role is ideal for an HR Advisor seeking more autonomy or an ambitious HR Officer, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator, who is looking to develop. You will be supported by an established HR team and have lots of opportunity for coaching and development.

Your new role
Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, within your new role, you will be supporting the generalist function. Key areas of responsibility will include employee relations, data analysis, updating HR policies in line with employment law changes and supporting projects and initiatives in line with organisational development and growth . Naturally, effective stakeholder management is key as is being able to advise and coach mangers.

You will also ensure bi-annual reviews are complete across the business as well as performance enhancement plans. As they are a relatively new site you will have the enviable opportunity to help shape the site's culture, collaborating with their other sites and embedding the organisation's core values.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is driven and determined. You will have a good foundation in employee relations and be able to evidence examples of navigating difficult conversations and building excellent working relationships.

You will also have a can-do attitude, with the ability to manage, and prioritise evolving priorities.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an experience scaled salary of up to £32k, 25 days holiday + BH, excellent workplace flexibility, CIPD study support, private health care, pension, product discount, access to the employee wellbeing and recognition platform and great exposure to the generalist HR remit.
