As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a critical part of Company's growth strategy. You will lead the 360 recruitment process and be committed to candidate experience and constantly looking at ways to improve the recruitment process for candidates. You will enjoy sourcing and love the thrill of finding strong talent.

Client Details

Our client is the leading satellite capacity partner to the communications industry in the Middle East, Europe & Africa.


  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business operations and talent needs
  • Develop and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to successfully fill open positions to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Build relationships with business leaders
  • Ensure the recruiting technology and processes are designed to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and easy to use functionality for our managers
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings and position requirements ensuring that a positive candidate experience is delivered in all areas of our recruiting process
  • Partner with HR team to design recruiting KPIs; evaluate and measure performance and success of talent strategies
  • Manage the 360 recruitment cycle
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Conduct all exit interviews

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Practical full life cycle recruitment experience, including end-to-end recruiting process
  • Ideally recruiting technology roles internationally desirable
  • Excellent market knowledge - knowing your competitors and where to source excellent candidates
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast paced hiring environment required
  • Experience of upskilling Line Managers in recruitment activity
  • Desirable: Experience and knowledge of implementing an ATS system.
