HRIS Specialist

A remote HRIS Specialist role.

Your new company
Our government run client is recruiting a HRIS Specialist to join their team of 4 and a wider HR team of 26 for a brand new role on a permanent basis.

This is a remote role and they are looking for someone to be based in the South in order to meet up for occasional meetings.

Your new role
As a HRIS specialist, you will be reporting into the HR Workforce Planning Lead and will act as the technical resource for ensuring Oracle HCM is maintained, standard reporting requirements are met and providing HR data analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience of maintaining and implementing Oracle HCM with significant exposure to the Oracle HSM Cloud. You will have experience with Hr process mapping and redesign as well and business analysis and requirements gathering abilities. You will ideally be immediately available or on no longer than 1 month notice period.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £38,000-£42,000 (DOE) plus pension, performance bonus, flexible and remote working, death in service and employee discount scheme.
