Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with an education provider in their search for a Recruitment Lead.
The main focus of this role will be to be a key point of contact for different business units within the company and to provide expertise to help define current and future recruitment planning. You will deliver high engagement attraction strategies that position the business as an employer of choice and will help develop and implement talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Managing all aspects of the recruitment process including overseeing the application process, screening, making and negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations and experience
*Working closely with HRBPs and assigned business areas to understand, lead and deliver on current and future recruitment needs
*Ensuring the business attracts and retains the best candidates.
*Providing expertise and coaching to hiring managers - supporting them to be effective in role specification through to on boarding
*Being a Brand Ambassador for the brand and ensuring that the company values are adhered to
*Embedding EDI in all attraction and selection approaches
To be successful in this role you will:
*Ideally need similar experience in an internal recruitment role
*Have a broad knowledge of different sourcing techniques and approaches
*Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Be results focused and have the ability to make pragmatic decisions and deliver at pace
*Experience using workday ideal but not essential
This is offered on a permanent basis with a requirement to be onsite 2 days per week with 3 days at home.
