We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Total Reward Compensation and Benefits professional to join a global manufacturing business and world leader in its field. This is the opportunity to be a part of a small team reporting to an experienced Head of Reward and take the lead on Reward activities projects.

The Total Reward Business Partner responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the right-hand person to an experienced Head of Reward and take the lead on Compensation & Benefits projects as well as BAU activities across the UK business
  • The company are going to be reviewing compensation and benefits to ensure they are competitive in the market
  • Benchmarking compensation and benefits
  • Lead on annual pay review, benchmarking, job evaluation, benefit renewals, and pension administration
  • Lead on any new benefit implementations
  • Be the go to person for all compensation, benefit, and pension queries
  • Gender pay gap reporting and other ad hoc reports
  • Work with the Head of Reward to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Communication of the compensation and benefit programmes to employees

What you must have:

  • Strong experience in compensation and benefits activities outlined above
  • Experience leading on processes would be advantageous
  • Very strong excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder and provider management
  • Ability to work upon own initiative
  • Experience working on and managing reward projects
