Recruitment Coordinator - Sheffield - Hybrid Working - £25,000 - £27,000 DOE

Your new role
This is an exciting and brand new role where you will be joining a growing team to provide a high quality and proactive recruitment service to support the growth of the business, fulfilling both the short and long term ambitions of the HR strategy.
You will be working closely with the HR Director to support the wider HR Team to deliver a customer centric and value add HR service. Your role will be to develop the recruitment process, adapting to emerging markets and offering a really proactive approach to recruitment and retention.
The organisation has some really exciting projects coming up creating growth across the whole organisation and offering you with a fantastic opportunity to work on international recruitment. You will also take the lead on assessing trends, culture, new markets and how to modernise the recruitment process in order to attract and retain top talent.


Recruitment Strategy
Working in conjunction with the Group HR Director to develop a sustainable business wide recruitment strategy based on the future growth plans.


Manage the end to end recruitment process.


Regularly review and monitor the effectiveness and success of current recruitment plans and strategies including, employer branding and experience.


Feedback industry best practice to ensure that the organisation are reflecting this in our recruitment methodology.


Candidate Sourcing
The role is responsible for the sourcing of suitable candidates (both active and passive).
Proofread job descriptions and feed back to hiring managers on changes and suggestions based on market intel and recruitment trends.
Recommend new sources for candidate recruiting (both active and passive).
Build talent networks to find qualified candidates.
Write & post job adverts.
Use multi-channel approach to recruitment.
Recommending and evaluating which sources bring the best candidates.
Identify key recruiting KPIs.
Manage the recruitment pages on the company website.


Candidate Management and Screening
Screen applicants evaluating if they meet the minimum requirements of the role.
Ensure candidates are managed through the process in a timely fashion whilst also ensuring they have an excellent 'candidate experience' thereby protecting the brand.
Manage the interview question library and update recruitment templates as required.
Adhere to laws, rules and regulations in each territory being recruited in.
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.


Stakeholder Management and Communication
Engage with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process (and beyond).
Support Hiring Managers with the recruitment process, where necessary.
Train and coach Hiring Managers as required.


Administration
Support the HR and Business Support Coordinator and HR Apprentice with any general administration required.
Complete all relevant administration tasks for each hire and work with the HR Apprentice to complete all offer packs.
Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure all offer and onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner.


What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience (both UK and off-shore).
Ideally previous experience in an Internet or relevant technology provider (or similar).
Excellent oral and written English.
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
Great people skills and can work as part of a wider HR Team.
Previous HR System or ATS experience.
The ability to handle and work with sensitive and confidential information.


Ideally an understanding of project management principles and/or process development experience.
Ideally with a European language - German or Spanish
