Job Details
This HR standalone generalist role works collaboratively across the business to drive the people agenda, partners with the leadership team on key initiatives and activities and delivers on all people related initiatives. While this role offers hybrid working; employees are based across the UK Germany. You will also work closely with other HR leaders within the group, allowing for opportunity to network, share best practices and participate in global people initiatives that support the Group HR Strategy.
This role will require flexibility, adaptability and the desire to get stuck in. A clear communicator who operates in a collaborative manner is key in this role. The foundation blocks are in place, but this is your opportunity to refine it and put your stamp on it.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Advising and supporting Managers on employee matters.
*Managing the annual appraisal system cycle and development plans in partnership with Managers.
*Working with the MD on embedding the strategy of both the business & Group with the team.
*Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives including working closely with our Charity of Choice on activities throughout the year.
*Championing events and activities that foster engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
*Managing activities relating to the full employee life cycle.
*Understanding the priorities, challenges and key drivers for the Company in order to influence key decisions.
Key Requirements:
*Well-rounded HR generalist who has had lots of exposure to a variety of people processes
*Ability to be operational and transactional as well as more commercial and strategic
