Part time TA lead

Your new company
We have a great opportunity for a TA lead to join one of our most exciting clients! This is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate recruiter to join a fun and friendly team, working in an industry leading organisation. The role will lead the way in attraction and recruitment of talent in an exciting growth industry.


Your new role
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all hiring managers ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment process
Optimise job descriptions reflecting the role and company
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
Work alongside the marketing & PR team to develop creative, effective job postings and externally-facing material
Utilise social media, professional networks, industry groups, direct attraction, job boards and advertising platforms
Candidate searching and resourcing, creating a talent pool for key positions
Generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience
Arranging interviews and associated logistics
Keeping up to date on trends with regards to resourcing methods


What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record in a previous recruitment role either in-house or agency
Experience of recruiting via social media
Hands on experience with an applicant tracking system
Experience working with recruitment tools/software; ATS, Job boards, linkedin etc
Experience in a high tech/ engineering business/ aviation industry is advantageous but not essential
Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities
Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels both internally and externally
Excellent inter-personal skills
Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
Results orientated, can-do approach
Pro-active and able to take initiative
Excellent organisation skills working in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and requirements
Experienced in MS packages: particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
