Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with our client who is seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner on an initial 12 month FTC. Please note that there is a strong possibility of this role being extended or going permanent.
The salary for this role is £40-45k.
You will need to be confident in your ability to provide credible guidance and support for staff at all levels up to Director, with experience across a range of complex and challenging employment matters, including organisation and team restructures, disciplinary issues, management of long term sickness cases and performance and capability issues.
My client is looking for true HR generalists who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships and persuade and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
This role would either suit an experienced HRBP or a senior HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role offers hybrid working with 2/3 days a week working from home.
