Ashley Kate HR & Finance are pleased to be partnering with an established and very unique growing organisation in recruiting an Interim HR Process Reporting Lead to support this organisation through a new HRIS implementation project.
This will be an interim role until Dec 2022, offering a salary between £29-34k depending on experience.
The organisation employs over 1500 UK wide across a number of sites, with a large HR function dedicated to providing a high quality and consistent HR service.
·To review, analyse and identify opportunities for improvements with the current HR processes alongside
·Work with the Business Process Analyst to document and map current HR processes
·Lead/Support in new system implementation (iTrent)
·Full participation in unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing of the new HRP system
·Be the HR "voice" on the system implementation project ensuring the HR vision is communicated and documented effectively
·Work with the 3rd party supplier HR Lead to deliver a best practice system
·Continue to monitor and analyse the success and impact of new processes after go live
To be considered you will be an experienced HR generalist with experiencing in supporting or leading a system implementation project, ideally with iTrent. You will have a solid systems background and enjoy being a super user for systems, supporting management and training colleagues in new systems.
This is a contract role and requires an immediate start!
