Full time, 37.5 hours a week
We are looking for someone who is a strong administrator, with proven solid Excel skills and is confident working within a construction/engineering industry. This is a fantastic role to develop a Training/L&D career within a business who are passionate about developing their people.
This role will include coordinating training needs at this particular site for all employees, as well as booking training days, updating data on the spreadsheet, and communicating this out the employees within the business as and when required.
We are looking for someone who has strong HR or training administration experience, with the resilience to join a busy function in a fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to support senior managers, and build strong relationships within the business.
