29 hours per week - Recruitment HR Administrator - Newton Abbot - 3 month temp - £14.79ph.

Your new company
Working for a housing association based in Newton Abbot. After 2 weeks training in office - option to work from home after this period.
The role is around 3 months working 4 days per week. 29 hours per week - 7.25 hours per day.
Pay is £14.79ph.

Your new role
To be responsible for the management and development of the full recruitment and pre-employment processes across the organisation.
To support the Assistant Director of People and People Partner in the provision of an effective and efficient Human Resource service across the organisation
Ensuring compliance with all DBS regulations and criteria
To identify business cost savings in line with the companies value for money policy
Contribute to ensuring that organisational charts and frameworks are kept up to date and reflect approved budgets and established posts.
Ensure that recruitment processes comply with legislation to include immigration checks
Ensure all managers can use the recruitment programme through delivery of appropriate recruitment and selection training including E-recruitment.
Continuously improve the recruitment service and suggest changes to streamline workflows
Keep clear records of recruitment spend and maintain budget spreadsheet
Manage the relations with agencies and ensure best value for money using the framework

What you'll need to succeed
Good general education to O level/GCSE standard (or equivalent) to include English Language Level 4/5
Level 3 Certificate Human Resource Practice Associate Member of CIPD
Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel
High level experience with using Microsoft Office
Proven experience in the following areas: Recruitment & Selection Leading on processes within a HR team Experience of interviewing candidates Able to plans, prioritises and organises work to ensure effective management of own workload.
Communicates effectively with colleagues and customers on a daily basis, using a range of communication methods.
Cooperates with team members and pro-actively contributes to the success of the team whilst considering the impact of their work on others.
Support research and implementation of new initiatives/projects Commitment to the achievement of the Groups aims and objectives.
