Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting a well established education establishment as they look to recruit a full time, Interim HR Change Coordinator, based in London.
 
The role will be for a 4-month FTC and the salary for this role will be up to £43k FTE with an attractive hybrid working pattern.
 
Job purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated HR change and project coordination support
to a key change programme across the business. As part of this, you will provide specialist
support to the various project tasks, including recruitment, contract changes and HR change
processes, to ensure they can deliver operational readiness.
 
About the role:
·Support recruitment and appointment processes, liaising as appropriate with HR Business Partners and colleagues in the HR Operations team.
·Contribute to the effective management of organisational change including restructures, new/revised terms and conditions of employment, redundancy and redeployment activity.
·Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on HR policies and procedures.
·Contribute to maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of HR processes and guidance documents; manage communications to staff and line managers.
·Dealing with individual queries and providing HR advice.
·Working to a high standard of confidentiality, supporting the HR Business Partnering Team, HR Operations Team and other HR colleagues, working with individuals and servicing confidential HR meetings as required.
 
HR Change Coordinator - About you
·A strong HR Advisor
·Proven experience working in a post 16 education setting and an understanding of Higher Education.
·Proven experience of supporting throughout organisational change processes
·Knowledge of formal HR processes and procedures, and supporting managers through them
·CIPD member to at least Associate level, or equivalent experience
·Educated to A-level or above, with evidence of role-specific continuing professional development.
·Knowledge of General Data Protection,Regulation/Data Protection legislation
