We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment lead to join a large national education-based organisation.


Your new role
As a Recruitment Lead, you will be aligned to a customer group within the organisation, responsible for delivering a lean, forward thinking recruitment solution. You'll manage requisitions from planning to new joiner start date, adopting creative attraction strategies, and meaningful selection and assessment approaches to identify, engage and attract the right people to drive our organisation forward.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be bring insight, analysis, and expertise to the recruitment process. Understanding candidate behaviour, competitor activity, and external market insights and converting this to meaningful action for our hiring managers and Senior Leadership Teams. You will work in partnership with HR Business Partners and our L&D colleagues to identify and scope future skills needs and create a holistic approach to development of our internal colleagues, and recruitment from the external market.
