A well-established Financial Services company are looking for a HR Advisor for their busy London location.
You will be working from a busy office and so will need to be confident working both autonomously and as part of a HR team. Experience working within the financial services sector will be of a great advantage.
The successful candidate will be an established HR Advisor with extensive experience on advising and executing change in a similar environment. You will be able to deal with demanding, difficult situations with resilience. You will be a pro-active problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Due to the nature of this role, the successful HR Advisor will be patient, approachable and confidential with a great track record of building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend employee appraisal systems and evaluation methods
- Design and help to implement company policies and procedures
- Train hiring managers on on-boarding policies
- Recommend HR technology systems and advise on ways to improve day to day operations
- Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
Requirements:
- Fully CIPD qualified minimum level 5
- Strong knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
- Experience with case management including disciplinary and grievance cases
- Proven experience in executing change and successfully making a difference
- Great GDPR and legislation knowledge
