Oakleaf Partnership are proud to present a brand-new diversity and inclusion advisor role based within a global law firm. This role will support the implementation of day-to-day activities and D&I strategies.
Diversity & Inclusion Advisor
Highly flexible hybrid working
City of London
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000
To be successful for the role, you will:
Act as first point of contact for colleagues wishing to find out more, or get involved with D&I activities and events
Manage key aspects of D&I programmes & activities
Assist in analysing diversity data to understand a range of challenges
Manage stakeholders, partnerships, and networks
Attend events and forums on behalf of the law firm
Work in partnership with other areas of the business, early careers, HR team, BD
As a diversity & inclusion Advisor, you will:
Experience in a similar role of developing and implementing D&I projects
Previous experience of working in or alongside a professional service firm
Be degree qualified or equivalent combination of education
Hold interest in diversity, inclusion, and well-being
Be proactive with a can-do attitude.
