HR Responsibilities

  • On boarding & off boarding of employees and consultants
  • Managing annual review process
  • Support coordination of hiring efforts with various teams via recruiters and Linked In
  • Reporting on staff utilisation via time sheet data and enforcing compliance
  • Visa process coordinator

Firm Operations Responsibilities

  • Manage key vendor relations with support from the Office Manager and Operations Associate: IT, telecoms, building management, data providers, legal teams, recruiter's outsourced
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts and renewals of third-party vendors
  • Centralise knowledge through the firm's intranet
  • Drive internal communications throughout the organisation to continue to create a one-firm culture
  • Support the IR team with due diligence questions relating to the firm's operations and driving requirement e.g. business continuity planning and testing, cyber security assessments via security specialists

Ad-hoc Strategic projects e.g. Investor Conference and branding and marketing initiatives


  • Strategic vision and understanding of business drivers and issues.
  • Internal customer focus
  • Sound judgement and analytical ability
  • Attentive to details, able to identify and act upon trends.
  • Excellent strategic partnering and influencing skills
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Exemplary communication, conflict handling and assertiveness skills.
  • Knowledge on Private Equity
  • Experience with sharepoint, sales force
