HR Projects & Performance Lead | Hybrid | Up to £45k | Bonus Scheme
Your new company
An International, well-regarded and reputable professional services organisation are seeking to recruit a HR Projects and Performance Lead to join their large, dynamic and friendly People Operations team. This is a home working contract with a requirement to visit the Watford or Birmingham hub locations for team meetings on average twice per month with expensed travel. This role is initially on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with a strong likelihood to become permanent.

Your new role
In this role you will direct and manage one Snr HR Advisor and Support across the wider People Ops Advisory Team in the delivery of operational excellence in Change Projects and initiatives from 20+ people including where applicable (Tupe In and Out, Restructure, Transformation) directing small project teams as required. This role has a real continuous improvement focus so requires you to always be looking at ways to improve and pragmatically, proactively drive changes for improvement in HR Ops efficiencies and service. In this varied and exciting role, you'll utilise your HR technical expertise and project experience to proactively impact upon continuous improvement and change with an active involvement in the career path development of the HR advisory team aligned to continuous service improvements, you'll lead on team development with involvement in skills matrices and partnering L&D colleagues to ensure effective career path plans.
