Your new role
An integral member of the People & Operations team, this role will provide administrative support across all responsibilities of the team including learning & development, HR data, payroll and the full recruitment lifecycle. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to assist with the execution of Prospect's various strategies including talent management initiatives and key organisational development projects. Working collaboratively and building excellent relationships with stakeholders, will ensure your success in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
Prospect are searching for candidates with exceptional organisational skills, an eye for delivering outstanding customer service and experience working within fast-paced HR teams. Experience gained across the wide remit of HR administration will be highly advantageous (such as recruitment and learning & development administration), alongside possessing knowledge of HR data systems.
