A committed HR Advisor to join an established manufacturer in Poole (office / remote working).

Your new role
Reporting to a Lead HR Business Partner as part of a larger HR team, you will join as a HR Advisor based in Poole. This is a generalist position with an ER bias, but will also involve partnering with and influencing Managers, developing HR strategy / processes and requires someone will a positive attitude to adapt to a varied, changing role.
Working hours are 40 / week, 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. This role requires a regular presence in the Poole office, but also offers home working too - office-based 3 days vs 2 days home / average week.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (Level 5+), but good experience of 3 years+ in a HR role / function with strong knowledge of ER case work will be considered too.
Having worked in manufacturing / engineering or retail / hospitality is preferred, but other industry backgrounds could be suitable.
