This well known public sector organisation, with a national footprint, are looking to bring on board a new member to their recruitment team.
Based in prestigious offices in central Birmingham, you will be managing the full end to end recruitment cycle. This will include liaising with line managers and scoping out roles, through to advertising, shortlisting and arranging interviews. You will also need to be confident liaising with agencies and leading on agency briefing calls. Working closely with line managers around workforce planning you will also scope out future recruitment needs.
A busy and fast paced role, you will be managing multiple vacancies so ideally you will have a background in recruitment or resourcing.
