My client who are within the Healthcare Industry are looking for a HR Adviser to join them. This role is initially on a 6-month FTC but there is lots of scope for this position to be extended or be made permanent. There is no requirement to be in the office for this position and can be worked remotely.

Your new job

In your role as HR Adviser, you will be responsible in providing high quality ER/HR support and advice to mangers and are directors in a focused way. This role will primarily be focused on ER whereby you will act as the initial point of contact in your Group for all issues; providing high quality support and advice, ensuring all colleagues are managed fairly and consistently across the organisation. you will need to act as a liaison between colleagues and mangers to prevent escalation of HR issues and assist in resolutions. The successful candidate will have a strong working understanding of employment law and HR best practice as well as experience of dealing with ER matters such as discipline, grievance, suspensions, performance, and absence management. You must be responsive, professional in your approach and have the ability to prioritise effectively. This is a fantastic role that will offer lots of development opportunities by working collaboratively with the HR manager and wider HR team.

What you'll need to succeed

- CIPD qualification or working towards
- Strong understanding of employment law & HR Practice
- Commercially focused approach
- Experience offering advice and guidance to line managers
- Experience of using Microsoft teams
