Are you a strong HR Administrator/ Assistant who has experience using HR systems?
Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for HR Assistant, ti join a friendly, supportive team in Grantham, Lincolnshire (Hybrid working)!
HR Assistant - Systems
6-7 Months to cover Maternity leave
£20,000 - £22,000 DOE
The HR Assistant will provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle, providing support and working closely with the Senior HR Officer.
Main Responsibilities :
- Utilising the HR systems(s) to input data and maintain employee records
- Being a point of contact for HR queries, and managing the HR inbox
- Being responsible for creating new starter packs, employee contracts, and letter writing
- Liasing with managers in the recruitment process, i.e posting job adverts and utilising the ATS
- Managing sickness and absence, highlighting patterns of absence
The candidate :
Do you have strong HRIS experience?
Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office?
Do you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail?
Do you have strong interpersonal skills and are you able to build key relationships?
