Your new role
2 days WFH, 3 days onsite - some travel required. As HR Business Partner you will be partnering with Regional HR Manager with a keen eye on employee relations in an unionised environment. Key activities - case management, absence management, engagement surveys, grievances, ED&I, recruitment and delivering strategy. This could experienced HR Business Partners looking for a career move or an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking for to move into a HRBP position. This is an exciting time to join the rail industry as it is reforming offering the opportunity to support the delivery change. The role offers room to grow, make an impact.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally will have a solid background in ER and worked in a trade union environment. This could experienced HR Business Partners looking for a career move or an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking for to move into a HRBP position. This role is probably more suited to candidates who possess experienced gained in a blue collar environment e.g. logistic or manufacturing etc.
