Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with significant Change experience? Having recently doubled in size through acquisition, my commercial client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for an initial period of 9 months.
Based from home but with weekly travel to one of their national offices, you will have a strong senior HR business partnering background and a result driven attitude; you will work closely with the leadership team for the distribution and logistics division to facilitate the HR strategy and people plan, with a particular focus on change and transformation, organisation design and development, resourcing, capability, culture and people development.
The successful candidate will have a proven generalist and HR change background at a similar level within a distribution/logistics/retail organisation. Along with being a collaborative team player who is a proven strategic Business Partner, you will possess high levels of motivation and energy with the gravitas to drive the people agenda forwards in a commercial environment. You will have a pragmatic approach, thrive on a challenge and constantly strive for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Initially for a period of 9 months, there could be the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate and a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance of £7,000 is on offer.
