The HR Coordinator is a brand new role within the EMEA team and will be the first point of contact for queries from employees and line managers and be responsible for supporting on all employee lifecycle activities including;
*Recruitment and on-boarding
*Learning and development
*Compensation and benefits
*Liaising with payroll
*HR systems, reporting and processes
This will be an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator looking for the next step in their HR Career as in addition to the above you will be supporting the Head of HR EMEA with some exciting HR projects.
Experience & Skills required;
*Experience of working at HR Administrator or Coordinator level within a fast paced private sector organisation
*A genuine interest in HR and People agenda of the business and wanting to make a difference
*Ability to build effective working relationships and influence
*Strong communication and IT skills
*A working knowledge of employment law and associated legislation
*Comfortable with challenging status quo and proposing new solutions
*Discretion - manage confidential/ sensitive information
*Well organised and self-motivated
*CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
The role of HR Coordinator is offered on a permanent basis with requirement to be onsite in South Manchester 3 days per week with 2 days at home.
