People Advisor- 12 months contract
Location: Hybrid/ Manchester City Centre
In this role of People Advisor, you will have the excellent opportunity to really make a positive difference to the people and culture of this market leading fintech business which has seen phenomenal success and has continued growth plans over the next 12 months.
Putting Colleagues first, you will act as an enabler, collaborating with multiple teams across the business to identify and support on a range of improvement initiatives.
You will bring empathy and personality to HR processes, ensuring both a great colleague experience and the smooth running of the Colleague lifecycle and wider People agenda.
This is a generalist People Advisor where you'll be providing advice and guidance to Managers and Colleagues on all People related lifecycle's across a fast paced and dynamic business and so employee relations experience is essential!
*Providing pro-active advice and guidance across a range of complex and sensitive people topics
*Supporting key stakeholders in investigations, disciplinaries, performance improvement, probations, grievances
*Coaching Managers around employee relations matters with a consultative and influential approach
*Act as first line escalation for Colleagues across all teams for resolution of any HR/ER queries
*Providing recommendations for improving and streamlining processes, policies and procedures
*Proven ability in managing complex ER issues
*Ability to build lasting relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders
*Good analytical skills using Excel to present and interpret data
*Demonstrable empathy and outstanding interpersonal skills
*Resilient, and works effectively in a pressurised and high demand role
Offered on a 12 months contract but due to growth it's very realistic to think this opportunity will lead to a more permanent placement following completion of contract.
