Our hugely successful and well known retail client with 2022 expansion plans are looking for a stand-alone Internal Recruiter to join their HR team.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR manager, working as a stand-alone Recruiter you will be responsible for retail store-based roles from assistant to managerial, head office roles and occasional support for the warehouse where necessary, managing c. 40 live roles at one time. You will work on attracting candidates via various methods including job posting, recruiting events, social media and work with the wider HR team to establish new modern and exciting ways to attract candidates. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects including improving the careers website, in store campaigns and other HR projects.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday and once established you will have the opportunity to work flexibly between 8am and 6pm and from home 2-3 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role the client are looking for experienced recruiters who have the ability, confidence and organisational skills to work independently in a stand-alone role managing c.40 roles from store assistant to managerial level. You will be dynamic, motivated and passionate about recruitment and be able to bring new ideas to attract candidates in a difficult and competitive market.
