Macmillan Davies are looking to attract an experienced HR Data Analyst with strong data visulisation skills to join the People Strategy team of this progressive higher education establishment.
Reporting in to the Systems & MI Manager, the HR Data Analyst will support the key strategic goals of the organisation develop the culture of evidence-based decision making throughout the organisation and HR team.
As an expert in HR data and insights, you will be working with colleagues on identifying what information is required to meet the regulatory, strategic and operational requirements via Dashboards, Survey completion and Reports.
Therefore, you will need good communication skills and an ability to engage stakeholders on the value of evidence driven decision-making.
You will use a variety of data sources to analyse, interpret and communicate people insights to key stakeholders.
Managing the current HR Power BI dashboards is central to this role, as will be supporting the creation of the new HR Dashboards using Microsoft Power BI software therefore strong experience in this area is essential for this role.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about data and the presentation of data, be committed to engaging with stakeholders, want to influence deeper understanding of HR data with quality insights and excellent presentation skills.
