Recruitment Specialist - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Location: North West /Remote Working
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits and flexible working

We are delighted to be partnering with this well-known UK brand, a leading online retail business with customers in the millions, who is going through a significant period of positive transformation and development.

The requirement is for a Recruitment Specialist to work on a contract basis for 12 months where you will be part of a busy and dynamic wider Recruitment team striving to provide a professional, effective and efficient resourcing support service, recruiting specialist vacancies to meet business demands and delivering the resourcing plan.

Responsibilities include;

* Providing relevant and effective recommendations for route to market, contributing to best penetration and attraction for resourcing specialist roles within Buying & Merchandising, Marketing & e Commerce, Finance and HR.
* Monitoring responses and applications, evaluating and preparing long and short lists of appropriate candidates, assisting the Hiring Manager and HR colleagues in the assessment of candidates
* Providing candidate contact management, ensuring that all relevant data, systems and databases are accurate and up to date in a timely manner
* Maintaining and updating accurate recording and tracking of candidates and recruitment decision on appropriate systems and databases, contributing to candidate to colleague experience

Skills & Experience required;

* Experience of working in an internal or agency recruitment function, working with hiring managers in order to gain a full understanding of requirements
* Experience of leveraging various recruitment portals (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter tool, Indeed, etc) in direct hiring
* Experience of working in a fast-paced, recruitment environment, working to fulfilment targets.
