Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oakleaf are proud to be partnered with an international high-speed rail service in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in London.

In this role you will cover the end-to-end recruitment process across a large variety of roles but will be mainly aligned to the Engineering, Production and Infrastructure side of their business. This role would suit an experienced Recruiter with either agency or in-house experience.

Duties:

• Partnering with line Managers and Key Stakeholders to understand the wants and needs of their business areas
• Full end-to-end ownership of job vacancies
• Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent
• Candidate screening calls
• Organisation of interviews and providing feedback
• Managing the offer and onboarding process
• Involvement in recruitment projects

What you'll need:

• 3 + years of recruitment experience - Agency or In-House
• A passion for attracting top talent
• Experience in full vacancy ownership
• The ability to work with and manage key stakeholders
