Job Details

Macmillan Davies are working with a Global international company to assist with the recruitment of a Candidate Sourcing Specialist. You will play a key role in building talent pools and elevating the candidate experience using a variety of techniques.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates to support short and long term talent pipelines
*Contributing to the development of innovative and engaging candidate outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns and attraction and sourcing strategies
*Maintaining ongoing contact with existing talent pool candidates to brief them on potential current and future opportunities
*Develop candidate pipelines and talent pools and support specific hard to fill roles, campaigns and attraction activity
*Proactively recommend and drive continuous improvements that positively impact candidate identification and engagement
*Be a champion for the ongoing elevation of our candidate experience
Key Requirements:
*A proven background proactively researching, mapping, sourcing candidates and developing successful relationships and candidate talent pools - this can be either in-house or agency
*A passion for talent acquisition and providing the best candidate experience and service
*The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload and multiple priorities/hiring needs
*Strong understanding and application of recruitment technology, varied search and sourcing methods, talent pooling and market mapping, LinkedIn and ATS
