Our utilities client is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team of 5 other brand new recruitment professionals in their Worthing office specialising in recruiting IT professionals.
Your new role
As a TA Partner your main purpose is to work collaboratively with HR and key business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement bespoke recruitment campaigns to drive effective and cost-efficient strategies that attract and retain talented people and ensures that the company's needs are met. You will also partner with their recruitment vendors as required to ensure effective sourcing needs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience of working within inhouse recruitment within the IT specialism as well as managing stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
