We are excited to be working with a Technology and Research Investment Company who are looking for a HR assistant to join their team.
Your new role
In your role, you will be advising and implementing HR policies throughout the business whilst also acting as a point of contact for any employee enquires or concerns. You will be working closely with the HR Director on induction course building and onboarding projects, and overall supporting the HR team with additional administrative tasks within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven years of HR experience within an Financial Services background
- Technical and data expertise within asset management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
