Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a Global FinTech Scale-Up to secure a permanent HR Advisor to join their HR Team.
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing advice to managers and employees, producing, and maintaining best practice policies and procedures and supporting the Head of HR in ensuring that you create the right people infrastructures and environment to support the business. It's a very operational role that will require a person that is flexible and able to operate in a generalist capacity.
It's an incredibly exciting time for the business, having recently won several significant new business contracts, they are growing tremendously, and you could be a part of it!
Main duties/responsibilities:
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding of people
* Dealing with all people queries in a timely manner with a focus on creating a great employee experience
* Creating reports and maintaining monthly data
* Management of payroll and benefits administration
* Ensuring the data on HR system is kept up to date and accurate
* Participate and lead on people related projects as and when required
* Supporting Head of People in day-to day operations for people function
* Works collaboratively across the team with great interpersonal skills
* Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
* Finding innovative ways of enabling automation of current processes with limited need for manual intervention
Skills required:
* 5+ years of experience in human resources function
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Employment Law knowledge and prior experience on using BambooHR system is desired
