Permanent Change Manager - £55,000 + 15% bonus + Private Medical + Pension + Life Assurance + 50% off beauty product

If you are at the change consultant or change advisor level working within a management consultancy, looking for a step up, or you are at the change manager level looking to continue growing and developing, and you feel passionate about the world of luxury consumer goods, especially within the beauty sector, then this is the role for you!

  • Design, oversee and enable implementation of the Change & Communication Roadmap across the Region's transformation priorities and strategic initiatives to ensure excellent execution of our business goals
  • Design and manage the Change Management and Communications roadmap day-day (maintain plan / allocate tasks / oversee delivery of all items)
  • Act as Change Lead on top priority programmes as defined by the Region priorities and complexity, level and impact of change of such programmes
  • Apply a structured change methodology and lead change management activities to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required across programmes and projects
  • Assess change impact and readiness within projects and across the Transformation roadmap, conducting impact analyses and identify key stakeholders
  • Proactively provide Change Management guidance to business leaders and programme managers - supporting them to deliver sustainable change in an effective way
  • Develop the key messages and communications toolkits on our transformation priority programmes for deployment across the business
  • Work with SMEs (in workstreams) and the Internal Communications Manager to deliver compelling content
  • Build and manage a team of champions / advocates in the organisation to share key messages and drive organisational change
  • Provide input, requirements and support the design and delivery of key Change initiatives e.g. leading training / train the trainer
  • Enable the handover of plans and capability, support the transition into BAU and move towards continuous improvement
  • Implement sustainability plans, monitoring adoption, reporting on change effectiveness and measuring, analysing and responding to performance metrics
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPIs, and objectives, to help to monitor adoption of change and analyse performance metrics
  • Conduct lessons learned / after action review relating to change effectiveness and celebrate success.
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise-Wide Transformation
  • Support stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives and identify and help to address any resistance
  • Lead and enable the Regional Strategy process with a focus on managing our leaders' input, drafting the framework and key messages, ensuring design and messaging consistency and integral in rehearsal and delivery timeline
  • Coordinate and drive the agenda, presentations and deliverables for VIP visits [e.g. CEO visits, Board meetings etc.]
  • Enable and aid the operationalisation of strategy through building change management plans and roadmap aligned to Regional priorities
  • Work with Transformation Team colleagues to drive the Transformation agenda and continue to embed the team, it's strategy and priorities across the Region
  • Work closely with all internal consulting teams and projects managers [e.g. Fast To Action] across the Region to enable change management plans, activities and execution
  • Support Transformation Programme Manager build out Portfolio Review Meeting agenda and content alongside Executive leadership Team and Programme/Project Managers
  • Partner with the Global Transformation office to understand key timelines and communications that will impact the Region
  • Partner with Global Transformation Office Change and Communications Lead to input our Region perspective into Global Transformation priorities and understand future roadmap
  • Project manage or workstream lead for Enterprise-wide transformation projects when required
  • Actively lead and supports the day-to-day execution of projects working with Transformation Office team, Business Leaders and a variety of talented strategic leaders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for project groups, supporting them in the development of strategies and solutions. This may include; listening and framing needs, gathering data, analysing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping implement proposed solutions to pressing business challenges and needs.
  • Align and engage the project team in the wider vision, seeking ways to identify solutions and build on best practices to ensure all projects are executed in a high-touch way
  • Being commercially aware of decisions made throughout a project lifecycle -understanding potential impact to the timescale and raise issues/concerns where appropriate
  • Acting as the guardian of their assigned project documentation (e.g. project plan, knowledge management, RAID log etc.)
  • Acting as a quality gatekeeper for their assigned deliverables - ensure that standards are met and that nothing goes to the client that is not to ELC Transformation Office standard
  • Act as a champion of project management and a role model to all other members of the company
