Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working alongside a multinational packaging company on their search for a Talent Sourcer.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute research activities for mapping, pipeline and search assignments
  • Online research, candidate engagement, selection protocol and reporting
  • Mapping out individual markets, gather intelligence, build specific talent pools. Use that knowledge to identify top talent
  • Confidently engage with prospective and often passive talent, ensuring every individual has a positive and inclusive experience regardless of the outcome
  • Leverage a broad range of channels and techniques
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver the best talent outcome for the business
  • Track success and conversion to ensure the business is investing time in the right places


    • What's needed:

  • Previous research and sourcing experience
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders on demanding briefs
  • Be organised, engaging, curios and solutions orientated
  • Data literate
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, both off and online
