Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a London based law firm for a HR Advisor. The firm dedicates itself to providing a serviced aimed around their client's needs. They're paving the way with regards to diversity and inclusion movements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be fully integrated within an exciting team.

HR Advisor

Key role responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the senior HR team for business services and implementing new strategies
  • Be the lead for HR processes within the law firm, disciplinary's, investigations, hearings and managing absences, family and well being
  • Provide support to the recruitment team on strategies
  • Monitor updates and reviews of all HR policies against legislations and best practises
  • Carry out writing presentations on HR topics and policies

The person:

  • Previous experience of HR generalist tasks
  • Highly organised
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CIPD is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience of developing relationships with clients and additional stakeholders
