Key role responsibilities:
- Providing support to the senior HR team for business services and implementing new strategies
- Be the lead for HR processes within the law firm, disciplinary's, investigations, hearings and managing absences, family and well being
- Provide support to the recruitment team on strategies
- Monitor updates and reviews of all HR policies against legislations and best practises
- Carry out writing presentations on HR topics and policies
The person:
- Previous experience of HR generalist tasks
- Highly organised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CIPD is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience of developing relationships with clients and additional stakeholders
