An excellent interim ER Specialist / ER Advisor role, (3 months, could extend) within a fast-paced international retail organisation.

Your new role
As an interim ER Specialist / ER Advisor ( 3 months, could extend) you will be part of a busy Employee Relations team, responsible for providing end-end ER advise, mainly over the telephone and via email. You will coach and support line managers on HR best practice. You will be responsible for leading on all long term sickness absence cases and looking at ways to pro-actively reduce sickness absence, you will also support where required on disciplinary and grievances cases and manage all related administration

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an ER Specialist / ER Advisor or alternatively you will be an HR Advisor who has a wealth of experience managing ER cases from end-end and specifically managing high volumes of long term sickness absence cases from end to end. You will ideally be available with no more than two weeks notice.
