To support the current Project Manager(s) in providing consistent project management across multiple work streams within the business.

Client Details

Our customer are a market leading provider of managed print services, document, process technology, and outsource services.

Description

Proactively manage personal development to increase your own performance levels and provide opportunities
for career development.
Identify process issues making recommendation for continuous improvement when applicable in order to
deliver increased efficiency.
Confidence to tackle problems and help people solve project‐related and commercial issues.

Profile

Fluent French/German required, other languages are desirable such as Spanish or Italian.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio skills.
Excel skills: Formatting ‐ basic formatting capability and data validation, table/chart creation and editing, and
conditional formatting.
Security ‐ ability to protect cells, workbooks and documents.
Formulas ‐ SUM, COUNT, COUNTIF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP etc.
Prince 2 foundation desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
